I can say that the tutor seems reliable and keeps in touch with the school regarding any progress that has been made. The agency keeps us well informed in relation to the pupil’s attendance and let’s us know if there are any concerns. The pupil seems very happy with the arrangement and feels that she is benefitting from the tuition that your agency provides.
So on the whole it would appear to me that the agency is providing a very positive experience for the student and that it is helping her to improve, therefore the service provided is very good and is providing one of our students with the opportunity to attain to her potential.
