Cardiff & Vale Tutors will do this by taking your enquiry and recommending a suitable tutor. Once Cardiff & Vale Tutors has emailed you the confirmation of the tutor you have agreed to engage, a contract will come into existence between you and the tutor.

Cardiff & Vale Tutors will not introduce the Tutor  without first obtaining confirmation of their identity, that they are willing to work in the Role in which the Company wishes to Engage them and that they have the experience, training, and relevant qualifications.

Payment of The Introduction Fee

By engaging a tutor through Cardiff & Vale Tutors, you commit to paying the introduction fee, which will be clearly stated in your invoice.

You agree that  the tutor is to provide tuition to you on no basis other than through Cardiff & Vale Tutors.

We regret to have to advise that if you breach this agreement, you agree that you shall pay Cardiff & Vale Tutors any fees found or estimated to be due. You agree and accept that the sum would represent a reasonable estimate of Cardiff  & Vale Tutors loss arising from your breach of our contract and monitoring of its potential occurrence.

This Introduction Fee is still payable if the candidate is engaged in a position other than the original one.

Cancellation Terms

Lessons are scheduled on Tutorcruncher and please ensure that you and your tutor have agreed in advance on the arrangements for each lesson.

If you need to cancel or change a lesson, please contact the tutor directly and Cardiff & Vale Tutors by email. We cannot guarantee to pass on a message to your tutor immediately. Please email your request to cancel a lesson, so there is written proof of your instruction.

Lessons that are cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

Arriving Late to a Lesson

Tutors are expected to wait no longer than 15 minutes for a student to arrive. If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the tutors may leave the lesson and the session will be charged in full.
