I found Cardiff & Vale Tutors very easy to deal with, my initial contact was made via email, I just outlined what level of tutoring was required eg second year A-level and specified that I was looking for on-line lessons. The response was prompt and I was allocated a suitable tutor. Payments were made automatically and I was advised before the payment was taken. Never had any problems with this company, payments were taken when they should have been, tutor assigned was always punctual and available – very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use again.
Stephen has been such an asset and has proved to be efficient, flexible, understanding and comes with great knowledge. My Son is a second year A-Level maths student with a predicted A* , Stephen has guided him through with great support which has been invaluable
