Cardiff and Vale Tutors responded promptly to our tutor enquiry. They took the time to find out the needs of our children and in doing so have provided a wonderful Tutor, Simon, who our boys look forward to seeing each session. Simon contacted me prior to our first session to learn more about our boys, not just their academic needs, and also to discuss what sessions would involve. Simon even sent an email with a little message to the boys and a photograph so that the children would feel more at ease. Highly recommend this small company for their efficiency, quality of service and excellent tutor
