Emma (the English GCSE tutor) was extremely helpful during the sessions but also out of tuition time. I was able to contact her with any questions I had. She also made the tuition seem enjoyable and understandable and kept in contact once the sessions had finished, as she was interested in knowing how we found the exams and also how we got on with our results.
