The service from Cardiff and Vale tutors was excellent as well. From first contact through to the booking and invoicing / paying for sessions has been really straightforward and the feedback from the tutor as part of this system invaluable. Caroline has been brilliant with our son. She has been punctual, really well prepared and incredibly empathic which is important to us. Caroline’s approach has really helped our son begin to develop confidence and he now looks forward to their sessions. This is a big step forward!
