Cardiff and Vale Tutors have responded promptly, professionally and knowledgeably to all of my questions around tutoring, some of which have been of a specialist nature as my child has complex learning needs. You found an experienced tutor very quickly and have provided technical support to get the online learning platform working successfully. Overall, it’s a refreshing change to experience a team with such a ‘can do’ outlook towards education and learning.
Nichola has been very professional and understanding around my teenager’s complex learning needs. She has proactively made reasonable adjustments and has a calm, purposeful space for the tutoring sessions.
